No warranty expressed or implied, car sold as is. What is the condition of the body & exterior? Exterior is in very good condition, there are a few spots that need work. Front bumper is cracked from shipping I included detailed pics, the hood has a couple small scratches, the right rear quarter panel has a paint chip where the wheel rubbed on the edge, the rear bumper has a couple very small scratches, cant even see them in close pics. These are all normal wear and tear blemishes if you ever drive the car, but the car overall is in excellent condition. Its worth 50k+ in my opinion but I lowered to 45k so the new owner could have the couple small blemishes fixed to perfect like the rest of the car. What is the condition of the interior? Interior is in excellent condition, like new What is the condition of the mechanical and electrical systems? mechanical and electrical systems are in good working condition, AEM EMS was added to the car about 2 years ago and other than normal tuning issues, no problems with the car at all. What repair work and maintanence has been done to the car? Other than the upgrades the only maintenance required was the crankwalk issue. The engine crankwalked last year and I'm not sure why. People say it happens when you push the clutch in on start-up and some say possibly the clutch I had might have caused it. I had a HorsepowerFreaks Bronze clutch in it and I still have the clutch but after I changed the block, I didnt put that clutch back in just in case. I just put the stock clutch in and had it in ever since. So I installed a ovehauled block about 4 months ago and the car has ran fine ever since. What condition is the tire tread in? Tires are new with about 300 miles on them When were the brakes last changed? Do they squeal/squeak? Brakes last changed in Japan about 2 years ago but only 1500 miles ago. I dont drive the car much. Has the car ever been damaged or had paint/body repair work done? No damage, just painted to make it look good. Does the car smoke at cold start-up, when idling, or while driving? No smoking on start up, idling, or while driving, under boost It might burn addition fuel, I think it is set rich for safety of the engine. Does the vehicle have any leaks? No leaks Does the car use any oil between oil changes? Car doesnt use or burn additional oil Additional comments or information: This is an exceptional Supra. Definitely one of a kind. First let me just point out you are paying for the fact that this car is Right Hand Drive! Thats it! You have no idea what kind of looks and attention you will get until you have this car. I actually get tired of explaining and showing the car off to everyone I meet. Even pulling into gas stations, people ask to see under the hood or ask for a burnout or tell me how cool it is that I have a RHD Supra. Its fun, and I love the attention but my fun is over, I'm ready for something else so time to sell my baby and let someone else have the fun and attention. I understand you could buy any other Supra and a lot of Supra's for my asking price will be in very good condition maybe even better than this one. BUT they arent RHD, thats what you're paying extra for. The uniqueness, the fact that nobody else has one!!! I know what it feels like and I know how to say I have a car that nobody else has. It feels good to say that and it is worth every penny I ask, I assure you! I also have a dyno sheet and the car put down 780whp and over 900 horsepower at the crank!! And that was about 28psi, not even the max. The car was brought over from Japan in June 2005 and registered/titled/inspected in Virginia. The car is currently garaged in California but wont be registering it here. Any attempt to register the car in another state than Virginia is totally up to the new owner, I will have no resposibility for it, nor will I give refunds for failure to register it in another state than Virginia. I feel it can definitely be done because Virginia is one of the strictest states, please ask Jared or Jeremy at speedforsale, they can probably assist with what states are more lenient, with less inspections and such. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
